The entrance is located on Portland St. and 1st St.

Will call opens at 12:30pm on Friday and 12pm on Saturday. 

Sealed or empty reusable water bottles, umbrellas/low-backed chairs (designated areas only), picnic blankets, non-framed or wheeled backpacks, hula hoops, selfie sticks, totems, costumes and empty hydration backpacks. There is no restriction on bag size, but all bags will be searched prior to entry. For faster entry, we suggest using a clear bag. 

Pets (except licensed service animals), outside beverages/food/ice chests, open alcohol outside the Festival grounds, illegal drugs, weapons, unlicensed vending, laser pens, motorized vehicles (with the exception of ADA vehicles), professional photo or video equipment without a press pass, and drones.

M3F is located on the east side of Margaret T. Hance Park at 1200 N 1st Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. there is no parking provided by the Venue. Please use the Valley Metro Light Rail System (free to RFID bracelet holders), Uber, Lyft, walk, or stay downtown at one of many hotels – use their parking – walk to the Festival.

 

Bike valet services are available outside of Festival grounds near our main entrance at 2nd Street and Portland. Bikes will not be permitted within the grounds

Your RFID wristband will act as your ticket and must be worn upon entering the Festival. Please register and activate your RFID before coming onsite. Digital tickets and/or printed receipts of your purchase will not gain you access into the event. Details will be provided regarding how to obtain your RFID wristbands when you purchase. IF you have specified will call as your pick up location – details will be sent to you of early pickup location/hour options as well as the offering to pick up onsite the day of the event.

All sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable. When purchasing a ticket, please review your purchase before submitting your final order.

There will be a free water filling station at the event. Other drink and food options will be available for purchase throughout the Festival.

Paper money or coins will not be able to be used at the event. Vendors will accept credit and debit cards or payment through your RFID wristband.

Your RFID Wristband will allow you to create an open credit/debit card registration for easy payments and access at M3F. For peace of mind, wristbands can be pin-code protected but, importantly, credit card details are not stored on the band itself. RFID Wristband payments are processed via a PCI-compliant vault through our merchant processor; in addition, you will have the option to sign up for email receipts during Wristband Activation either via the Billfold Web Registration portal or an onsite terminal outside before entering the Festival or inside the Festival at Customer Service. No re-entry is allowed.

Note: Please do not tighten or put on your wristband on before the Festival. The clasp will lock into position, and you’ll be unable to take if off or loosen it without damaging it.  This is for the security of your wristband that is your ticket and your means of making purchases onsite.  This is for your security during the event.

If you have tightened your wrist band or damaged your wristband after tightening it, there is a $25 replacement fee.  You will need to bring the wristband and your ID to confirm you order, pay for the new wristband, and then you will be able to enter the event.

Children under the age of 10 can enter the Festival for free.

Margaret T. Hance Park is a City of Phoenix public park and is ADA compliant and accessible. 

Please visit the information booth located on the festival grounds. Notice something missing after the Festival ends? Please email info@M3Ffest.com. They will be sure to get back to you within 3-5 days after the last day of the Festival on where you can pick up your missing goods.

We want every fan to feel safe at the Festival. We will have increased hand sanitizer stations onsite, and our cleaning crews will do frequent cleanings in high touch areas. All policies are subject to change, in accordance with state and local guidelines and changing circumstances. We will be updating procedures as necessary as we progress towards gates opening so please check back often. Please note CLEAR BAGS are strongly recommended and will allow for a speedier entrance into the Festival. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are gathered. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death. People over the age of 65 and/or those with underlying medical conditions are of higher risk. Per your attendance at M3F Fest you voluntarily assume all risk associated with COVID-19.

Vaccines are recommended but not required for entry. M3F Fest will not be checking Vaccine or testing status.

Please follow social distancing and mask recommendations to help protect yourself and others. If you are experiencing fever, cough, or other symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend.
