Rooted in a deep love of music, the arts, and the community around us, M3F was founded with a mission to give back. The idea was simple; two thousand fans, hundreds of lawn chairs, one stage, and grandma’s cooking to keep us fueled as we would set up. 100% of proceeds directly to charity.  Eighteen years later we still operate under the same guiding principles, but we’ve surely grown! In 2020 we hosted 25,000 people over three days, donated $600,000 (over 3.2M since our inception) and continue to host an eclectic lineup of world class artists.

We work closely with the Phoenix Children’s Hospital to help children find meaningful creative outlets to cope with their emotions and pre-and post-procedural conditions. In the past two years alone, we facilitated over 4,000 sessions with music therapy professionals and children both virtually and in-person.

Using the special Habitat for Humanity formula of volunteer dedication, financial contributions from the community, and the hard work of organizations, we completed our first house in 1995. In 2019, we reached an important milestone with the completion of our 20th home here in Flagstaff.

The mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma; and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. In Arizona, our Desert Region team continues to advance our mission through research, education, and support services with the help of our generous donors and volunteers.

As we’ve grown, our reach has as well.

We’ve connected with an amazing collection of charities that share our values and make meaningful contributions to the community we love and call home.
